"Speak" My favorite part

My favorite parts in the book "Speak" are when Melinda is in her science class getting ready to dissect the frog and as shes stares at it she just remembers that she was being pinned like that during the party and nobody noticed her.. And my other favorite part is when she's looking at the tree and says the tree is making rattling noises.. My first favorite part I like because it has a lot of detail.. can't explain to well but it does.. My second favorite part i like because it makes it sound like if the tree has been given life.. It makes rattling noises from the strong wind like "rustle chatta chattle".. Well speak of "Speak" those two are my favorite parts..

Highlights and lowlights of reading this fall

I pretty much don't read to much.. but what i have been reading are very good books and i do plan to read more.. the book that i enjoyed reading so far is the book called "Speak" by Laure Halson.. The book seems to interest me because this girl is the same age as me and i've never seen a girl my age be so depressed in my entire life.. This is the type of things you don't see everyday.. I like this book and also a book called "Vampire Plagues, 1850 London".. It begins with a young boy named Jack who's a "stowaway"= a person who gets through transportation without paying.. He's going through boats when nobody notices him.. then in a sudden the boat is so quiet the only thing you could hear is the ocean.. If you want to know more about this book then just read it..
